Our Norfolk Sausage Rolls

If you're feeling peckish, it's time for one of our famous sausage rolls.

There's really no secret to our scrumptious sausage rolls. We just make them the way they should be made. But we must be doing something right, because we can't make enough of them!


With every sausage roll made by hand at 'The Bistro', we start with a batch of fresh Norfolk sausage meat produced by our local butcher, Icarus Hines. All we add is diced onions and some subtle seasoning before encasing it in delicious flaky pastry. Finally, we bake it till it's golden brown, piping hot and ready to enjoy right out of the oven.
